This is a really nice gesture on the part of putting it on, but don't call it "seniors-boomers," as it's definitely desiged more for those in their 80's at the youngest. As a "boomer senior," I'm tired of everyone trying to put me in the class of those too old to function any longer. Most of us mid to late 60's "seniors" are still working full time jobs, still enjoying an active social life and still take part in a variety of the community functions. Please get with the new times and stop trying to bury us all as soon as we turn 60. Sorry, I won't be able to make it - working in the morning, afternoon birthday party and then two Halloween parties Saturday night. My "Ideas for Life" are to just keep living.
