This post has been DELETED because The Citizen has confirmed the allegations made were patently false.

Lt. Col. Linda Jones--- Ethics Violation. Under the decision handed down on Commissioner Horgan, Ms. Jones is equally guilty of county ethics violations.

Why will she not be disciplined? Because we selectively enforce all of our laws. Most times just gets swept under the rug.

And also because Bob Ross and Harold Bost are not gunning for her job for political purposes.

I just checked OCGA and I must have missed the provision in which displaying a badge, legitimate or otherwise, as a defense for or negation of the offense of speeding.

Other than demonstrating the worst-kept secret that badged officers will often overlook offenses for one of "their own," and she mistakenly tried to appeal to this unethical at best, illegal at worst practice, what does her badge have to do with her speeding? If no one is contesting that she actually was, in fact, speeding, the rest is irrelevant.
