Winner by a snout

The Counterpane School dragonboat, top, crossed the finish line just ahead of the Panda Express boat during one of the fi nal races at the Peachtree City International Festival and Dragon Boat Races Saturday afternoon. The races were on Lake Peachtree and teams scrambled at Drake Field, where there was plenty of food and entertainment for all. Photo/John Munford.

Counterpane - give me a break.

I was on the World Gym Boat and we won. Maybe not our specific boat, but World Gym won!

The Counterpane School dragon boat did a fantastic job going into the Finals! We resisted Boasting about our win against the World Gym Team - Red Shirts! It was a fun event to be a part of and Congratulations to the World Gym - Staff - Black shirts!
