Fayette Woman launches new website

Fayette Woman magazine relaunched its website this week, publisher Joyce Beverly has announced.

The website includes travel stories, book reviews, blogs by local women and other content you won’t find in the printed edition of the magazine.

“Our goal from day one has been to enhance the sense of community among women in Fayette County,” Beverly said. “The new website is going to exponentially improve our progress toward that goal.”

Cover stories and other articles from the printed edition will also appear on the site, giving readers an opportunity to comment, discuss and share these with friends locally and worldwide.

Bloggers include Beverly, Fayette Woman editor Kristin Girard, Sherri Smith Brown, who will be writing about traveling with children, Peachtree City Library Directory Jill Prouty, personal trainer and Fayette Woman writer Mary Catherine Domaleski, and more.

“We are looking for other people who may also want to blog on the site,” Beverly said. “If you enjoy writing and have something to share with women in our community, please contact me.”

Beverly can be reached at joyce.beverly@fayettewoman.com.
