The liberal darling Michael Moore has just released...

Cyclist's picture

a new film called "Capitalism: A Love Story," where he now wants nothing less than the complete overthrow of the modern capitalist system. "Capitalism is an evil, and you cannot regulate evil," the two-hour movie concludes. "You have to eliminate it and replace it with something that is good for all people and that something is democracy."

I wonder how much he expects to make from his latest work?

Moore does go too far in his fight for human rights over the power of unfair capitalism and greed.

That may come from his travails in Michigan where he lived. Much of Michigan has been destroyed, people and industry, by those in industry and politics who cared so much more for the survival of bad management and the fortunes they made, than for humans!

He is not socialist or communist however. Just as I do, he thinks much of the deserved rights of humans: jobs, (according to ability) health care, (not a business of business), and protection from greed, are important in a democracy.

It might take a little excess "change' for awhile to eliminate the evil done in recent years, but we can reverse that eventually when it is practical.

We will need to watch the current administration closely for over-doing, just as we should have the previous one.

Just when you thought that the conflagration had enough fuel, here comes Mr. Moore heaping it on. Greed will be the ruination of any system.

The media loves this guy so he gets an extra 15mins of notoriety for his BS. I figured by now he'd be "starved" for attention and resorted to putting messages on his ample sides as he floated overhead above sporting events, but, alas, the master of dishonest documentaries plows onward.

Yeah, that would be why I don't hand over my hard earned money (the money I earned in this capitalist society) to watch his films (the ones that I'm sure have served his wallet well). Isn't capitalism great? Only in a capitalist society could one get rich spewing anti capitalism - all the while still enjoying the fruits of a free market.
