Braves

Haven't we seen enough of the strategic philosophy of Wren and Cox of having 12 high paid pitchers (due to half throwing out their arms too quick) instead of having at least three sluggers who will get you some runs every day?

Just how many games have we lost due to that batting power house they have only getting 1-3 runs?

Lots.

Seems they can get a single if no one is on base for batting average help only, but nothing with men on. (They get pitched to or around with no one on).

Yeah it would cost about 30 million to have those guys, but 20 of it could be saved with guys who could throw for 7-9 innings without throwing out their elbow, instead of 5-6 inning wonders with pulled this and that all of the time.-- this would include Jones who needs to be traded.

I admit I don't know exactly what a Batting Coach is supposed to do, but I surely don't think Pendleton is earning his salary. I know "Miracle Worker" isn't part of their job description, but you just gotta wonder--I just don't believe those other teams have unhittable pitchers--evdry game!
