Fayetteville police have released a photo of a man who robbed the Bank of America on Ga. Highway 314 Saturday morning.

The photo shows the robber, disguised only by sunglasses, as he is at the teller's counter. That's where he gave the teller a note that set off the robbery, police said.

The robber never showed a weapon and walked out of the bank, down New Hope Road a short distance and then disappeared into the woods, police said.

The suspect was described as a black male, clean shaven and about 6 feet tall, wearing a white dress shirt and black pants. He is believed to be between 25 and 30 years old.

K-9 units and the sheriff’s department’s helicopter were deployed in the search of nearby neighborhoods immediately after the incident.

The suspect left the scene with an undisclosed amount of money, police said.

You have to admire a man who takes his profession seriously enough to dress well for his job....He most likely vanished into the woods, were a Hummer on 22' was there so he could get back to Clayton County in time for dinner.

Well it's not me because I'm not 6 feet tall. Now carbon unit, on the other hand, is 6 feet tall and lean and mean. Smiling

Let's see 6 feet tall ....yes.....lean and mean...yes....clean shaven?? HUH? Man what happened to your dred locks??

This can't be Cy. Did anyone see someone on a bicycle going about 25 mph away from the scene? I rest my case. Plus Cy is much more pale, what with being stuck in the big corner office and all. They even have a mini Starbucks in the corner of his big corner office, so he never has to see the light of day.

and he is not.....I repeat, not in a big corner office with a window. I'm pretty darn low on the food chain.

You and Jane1 share a big corner office. I get it.. Wink, Wink! Can you lend out your butler for a few hours this week to clean out the black mold at my office? Also does he make good coffee?

Back at the ranch I'm still in a moldy satanic hell hole. All of the black mold is back. Lovely.

git was most kind to her when he gave that office to her.

Butler? I'm sorry to inform you but, I do the dishes and laundry at the house. I'm just an old and worn-out airline employee that has dreams of retirement in a trailer by the beach. Call it trailer trash dreaming! Smiling

You could be right about Carbon, but I would think those Carbon footprints would be too easy to follow into the woods.

Just in case, though, he should buy the next round of coffee.

They give me away every time. Cyclist is not quite correct on my current physical attributes, although at one time I was a 6 foot tall hardbody, my life and hard times have compressed me to a 5'6" tall doughboy.

It's not easy being the carbonunit

Since we can read a car tag from space with satellite cameras, couldn't banks have just a little bit better cameras?

I carry a hand phone one that will beat the ones they take in any light and in color! All it would need is a rewinder occasionally.

Hard to follow the logic or common sense of some of the crappy stuff we have any more.

Probably due to NO MAINTENANCE!
