Not ruffled. Hey close them out. If you don't close the the emphasis cite out it leaves it open to for all the posts that occur after yours. Then they are left in emphasis too making it very difficult to read the thread.

Putting back the poll tax ($50) so as to only have voters who can afford to vote.
Debating as to whether Git should disavow Bush, Cheney, and Paulson!
Debating as to the shade of a person's skin as to whether they should be heard. Ultra-lite, OK; ebony NO!
Defining who should be on welfare and food stamps! Whites, OK since there aren't many; others need to be checked closely.
Checking who is a citizen and who is illegal (as to citizenship---not criminally).
Sending the illegal ones to Guantanamo or Juarez (by aircraft drop).
Considering segration again---especially of schools. That way used school books and supplies could be passed down.
Determining once and for all where President Obama was born. I know Washington and Jefferson and a bunch of others were NOT born in the United States of America!
Finding out for sure how many children Jefferson had and how many now exist! About 4-500 descendents have been counted but many are missing.
Determining how many illegal descendents Jessee, Martin and the old traveling crowd now have wandering around.

Or, it could just be that they will continue arguing heritage!

The day for certain groups to whine about hiring practices is over. As I said before, if you feel you are being discriminated against, get your evidence and go to court. There are too many successful 'white' businessmen who have qualified minorities and women working for them. There is no need to hire an unqualified person based on a quota system established 48 years ago and over the years is implemented according to the Constitution for all Americans to end segregation and discrimination in the workplace. White men - stop complaining and move on. Blacks and women are no longer complaining - but using the courts, as did the New Haven firefighters. NO DISCRIMINATION BASED ON GENDER, RACE, RELGION.

I have qualified women working for me. I've tried several so-called 'qualified' blacks and got less we had agreed to production wise. I don't give a rat's pattooty as to what color you are, all I want is for you to fulfill the obligations that we agreed to when I hired you. The racist affirmative action bids that I refer to have NOTHING to do with how many minorities or women I hire. They are based SOLEY on ownership. It has NOTHING to do with abilities, effort, or the ability to accomplish the job based on historical performance. It ALL has to do with whether you can claim yourself to be BLACK. I see if quite often where those awarded were sham companies and the jobs have to be completed by a legit company in the end. And we the taxpayers get left holding the bill and swallowing the 'bitter pill'.
