U.S. Supreme Court lets voter ID law stand

This is great news for all Georgians. ACORN and their ilk may as well pack their bags and head back to Chicago, home of the "community organizers".

It's a start.

Maybe we need to go with the blue ink on the thumb like in Lebanon next to keep some of these clowns who like to vote more than once.

This is good news for every legal citizen.

But I thought that you didn't want any kind of regulations!

Remember Germany in WW2? Paaaapppers, now!!!

Welcome back.

People who have come here LEGALLY deserve more rights such as voting than those breaking the law.

Oh, now I see!!!

It is like the old saying that some people are MORE EQUAL than others!
Seems to me that they also shouldn't be allowed to work here either if they are illegal!
But Sonny does want the crops picked and the roofs nailed on first!

That is like the Circuit Rider Preacher with a wife in each of three towns he serves. Starts with an "H"

Yes, Skyspy, a great victory for "legal" citizens of Georgia.

The implication is that the problem is "illegal" voters. You know the alien types.

But illegal aliens do not vote. They avoid officialdom. Why risk arrest and deportation for trying to cast a single vote which would probably not make much difference in Georgia anyway?

The picture ID requirement was just a way for Republican controlled Georgia to make it difficult or impossible for many otherwise legal voters--the elderly and minority mainly--to vote. Voters who tended to vote for Democrats.

The elderly is to riddled with Alzheimer’s and the Minorities are just plain to stupid.. to figure out how to get a picture ID.. even though the State will come to their homes..hmmmm
So using your logic.. I can see the headline for the New York Times:
Earth to be destroyed by Metorite all life to perish.. Women and Minorities hit hardest
I think you guys just can't hide your prejudice on this issue can you...

""If you actually took the number of Muslim Americans, we'd be one of the largest Muslim countries in the world," Barrack Obama

I will not lower my standards.. So UP YOURS..Evil

You mean it made it impossible for them to vote twice or 3 or 4 or 5 times. Not impossible to caste their vote once for themselves.

Skyspy, I have no idea what point you are trying to make.

Voting 2, 3, 4, or 5 times? Voting for themselves?

The voter picture ID law made it impossible or very difficult for some legal voters to vote once. Who spends election day wandering from precinct to precinct voting as many times as they can? Only in your imagination is this a problem.
