Does anyone know a good electricain? Preferably local. Licensed, insured and cheap would also be nice.

Yes, contact Ed Delaney (Electriced123@yahoo.com) for a quote. He's done work for me personally, Starr's Mill HS, a few things for our subdiv's HOA.
