The actual study states:

"Conversely, women from private religious high schools appear
more likely to report obtaining an abortion than women from public
schools."

This points to the fact that people attending religious schools are more likely to tell the TRUTH than their counterparts in government run schools when they are asked the question, "Have you ever had an abortion"?

The actual study is titled Understanding the Effects of Personal and School Religiosity on the Decision to
Abort a Premarital Pregnancy and one paragraph in the study states the following -

Among women who conceive while unmarried,
those who have high levels of private
and/or public religiosity will be less
likely than secular women to obtain an
abortion.
