Starr's Mill center fielder intentionally nails umpire with ball

Did anyone else see the Starr's Mill center fielder intentionally nail the umpire between innings in Monday's championship game against Northgate? Hats off to the SM coaching staff for removing the kid from the field and game. Why don't you take your frustration out on yourself considering you were the starting pitcher that allowed the eight runs in the first inning. Unbelievable! How would you like that memory the rest of your life?

Better yet, how many scouts, both professional and college, also noticed this temper? Talk about a turn off!!!! If they were looking at this young man as a prospect, I'm sure after watching that poor sportsmanship, this player was scratched from their lists!
When the head coach pulls you because of your emotion it speaks loud and clear to everyone, even the other team.
Brent Mosley is a class act!!! Thank you Brent for doing the right thing!

I've coached with and/or against most of the Starr's Mill coaches and they are all outstanding people and good coaches. I didn't see the incident, but you can count on Brent Moseley to do the right thing. My hat goes off to Starr's Mill for an EXCELLENT year!
