need good local roofer in PTC

looking for a good local roofing co. we are looking to replace are roof, was wanting a couple of estimates. If you had good luck with someone local lmk.I'm located in Peachtree City.

Call Mickleton Roofers and ask them if they have a team in or near Peachtree. I recommend their business as they worked on my roof too.

I don't think you should limit your search locally, roofing is an important investment so I think it's worth contracting the best there is on the marked and the internet could help you a lot on this one. I can suggest you a Dallas roofer, I hope I could help.

Satisfied roofing customer

Im a single mom and recently was referred to Chadwick Homes in Peachtree City to replace my roof. I was very satisfied with their customer service and they were very attentive to me and all the many questions I had. My roof was done efficently and in a timely manner. It looks great. I think you would be happy with their services.

I thought roofs were supposed to not leak and last 25 years. I didn't know they were supposed to be a social affair and installers were to be attentive---whatever that means.
Better check closely next time it rains hard and long----if it ever does.

Thanks for your opinion Bonkers. I know it is not a social affair, but it is always nice to know that your house will be taken care of from a company that has been and most likely will always be around. Attentive means that they kept me informed with all the details of the job on my house. They paid attention to all the questions I had and answered them honestly and without hesitation.

I hope you won't take me as being out of line, but such conversations between sellers and buyers are of interest to me. May I ask a few other questions?
You see, I am writing a book!
Could you "define" "nice to know,' for me?

How do you know it "will be taken care of?"
Also, it sounds as if you have known this company many years?

How did you know that you "were informed with all of the details honestly" and what good did that do?

How do you know that they "answered (questions) honestly?"

There are parts of this great country where when people have repair people in, they leave for a few days and don't come back until the job is done. Could you ever do that?
If they give you a written warranty is that sufficient for you?
Did they have "Mexican" workers?
I appreciate your answers.

I have known Mark Cortez for many years and he gives excellent service. He replaced our roof after the recent hail damage and we are extremely please with his service. He can be reached at 770-306-2976 or 770--231-4740. Tell him the air duct lady told you to call and he will take very good care of your roofing needs.

Chastain Roofing

I am not sure who is good, but personally I would avoid using Chastain Roofing in Tyrone. I chose them to do my roof recently because they were a local company and the people there were friendly. The people there are still friendly but their service and workmanship is lacking. When I call up there they usually say someone will call me back and I have to call back a few days later because the never call. The job they did on my roof was not horrible, but just a lot of little things that needed fixed afterwards and I am having trouble getting them to address these issues in a timely manner. Overall I don’t have anything against the people at Chastain roofing, but as a company they are not run well and I would not use them again.

Chastain Roofing

They were the roofers when I built my house and the roof leaked right from the start. While they tried to be responsive initially, it took them several attempts to fix the first leak. I have built several houses and never had a roof leak like this one!

It takes several calls for them to respond and they never really fix the problem. I can't remember how many leaks I have had; however, it has been several.

I've had Morrow Roofing replace the roofing on two houses. Excellent company that has been roofing for about 30 years.

They even matched a lower bid on my present roof.

Good Roofing Company

I have also had my roof replaced and had a wonderful job done by a local company called Chadwick Homes. They have been building houses in Peachtree City for more than 20 years. They have a very good reputation. Now my father, grandmother, and many friedns have received roofs and they have all turned out as wonderful as mine. I highly recommend them for their customer service and I feel confident that they are a company that will be around for many years down the road. They will give you a free inspection. I recently had my roof replaced by a man in Senoia. Mark Bove 770-599-4321. He also did my sisters roof. His rates were very reasonable we recommend him alot
