Most people who get this paper in their driveway find it worthy of reading? How do you know? What poll did you conduct? Now, I love the paper; hate the cartoons' sophomoric humor, but I like this paper. I, at least in my neighborhood, am the exception. But, alarming, cartoons are all you've got at this point, so I understand.

Let me know. I think I'll migrate away from here and enter back into my dream world where hard work, achievement, sacrifice, individual responsiblity, freedom and liberty actually means something once again.

I agree Davids mom with you and Pat Cochran. They, the people, have rejected this type of political humor and the message that it sends to those that don't agree with the GOP on the issues at hand. The Citizen is more than a vehicle for free speech, it is a way for this county to launch a campaign of "hate." You can tell by the way people blog here. If you disagree, even if it is respectfully, there are those that try to make your opinion null and void. You can can see who has the divisive attitudes....without pause. You can love hiprocrisy all you like. I voiced an opinion that you may disagree with, but that hasn't anything to do with hipocrisy as far as I'm concerned. And to use your phrase "oh by the way" I voted for President Bush in 2004 for my own reasons. I am an Independent and proud of it. I don't apologize for rationally and respectfully speaking my mind. When it comes to the issues I see more of what will seriously separate us as a county, again COUNTY, as well as a country (NATIONWIDE)coming from the GOP than anywhere else. I don't need a playbook, or talking points. I love my country and I want what is best for it. Therefore, I will never talk down my President no matter who he or SHE is or what party he or SHE comes from. The world is watching. I was peod (again as you put it), when shoes were thrown at President Bush. So don't assume you know me at all. Hate comes in all forms, from all sides and when it comes from a certain direction you point that way. I hope I made it plain to you, if not...oh well then.
