1. "scuzzy place" - Hardly. Our last health inspection was 99 and we were by far one of the cleanest restaurants in Fayetteville.

2. Sheriff's new hangout? Not really. We rarely saw Johnson or Hannah for that matter.

3. Drugs? No, we never had a drug problem. Not to say that there weren't a couple of servers that had drug problems and as a result lost their job long ago; however, there was no 'drug problem' to speak of. You are pulling this crap out of your ass.

4. The city did not close us down due to alcohol sales. Fayetteville requires that no more than 25% of total sales can come from alcohol. Our last report was 27% - well within the acceptable range. The initial problem was not that alcohol sales had gone up (even when it accounted for 60% of sales), the problem was that food sales declined thereby raising the overall sales percentage for the alcohol. Sorry to "rain" on your parade, but your wrong and know nothing of which you spew. In fact, the city did not shut us down at all. We had issues with the property owner and with the outrageous lease.

No worrys Dawn, some folks just have no life, and are only jealous of others that do. To think that TNT or D.T.F would actually cause a local estblishment of this caliber to close, without any word of investigations or charges being brought against the proprietors is tribute to ones own ignorance....BLESS

I find it odd that you know the amount of drugs were being passed through the restaurant, were you there buying? Lat 33 has the same problem as all the restaurants in Fayetteville probably a lot less because the management was excellent and always on hand. I ate there at least two nights a week and I never had one problem but then again I am not a drug addict and I have never been interested in where to purchase such items but you seem to know a lot or maybe you are just making an assumption but in writing that's called slander.

Can you quantify "way too much alcohol" What is "too much". Yeah, most civil and govt agencies have favorite places to congregate at whatever times. You got a problem with that?
