Any group attempting to form or further any political party quickly learns that the #1 issue unfortunately is simply getting on the ballot. The Repubs and Dems wholeheartedly agree with each other that restricting ballot access and making qualifying as difficult as possible for anyone not tagged with a "R" or "D" has to be the norm, and they've been colluding with each other for decades at all levels of government to make it as time-consuming and difficult as possible to keep 3rd/4th/5th parties off the ballot in local, state and national elections.

They might surprise you in what they stand for..

If all mankind respected the individual - the LP would work. . .but we're not there yet. Look what no 'regulation' for 8 years got us. The Libertarian platform would work - if all mankind followed the Golden Rule.

you have got to pull your head out of the clouds.. You are the finest example of what a liberal is today.. Did you know Libertarins were once considered "LIBERALS" and What is known today as a "liberal" was once known as a "PROGRESSIVE". Look up the term PROGRESSIVE the Roosevelt/Wilson era progressive. Then wonder why they re-packaged the whole deal into the modern day "LIBERAL" term.

I am not sure what to take from that statement.. are you saying it takes the power of the Goverment to force people to play nice??? and has the Goverment actually done anything to accomplish this goal???
Anyway.. The two party syatem as it sits today has long since outlived it usefullness.. Both parties totally disreguard the voice of the people.. WHY.. because they know BETTER??? They are SMARTER more ENLIGHTENED??? No.. they just control the purse strings.

it hasn't been just 8 years, the great ponzi scheme known as the Federal Reserve Act, and the Income Theft Act have been in effect since 1913.

We must always remember that no matter who is in the Oval Office, the real power is the FED, and now the IMF, and the owners of the military industrial complex. Look past the front men.

The international banking cartels are in charge. We must stop them somehow. I only hope that we can.
