The Lily Ledbetter Bill was introduced two years ago! Bush refused to sign it. It had not changed when Obama signed it in January 2009. Plenty of time to familiarize yourself with it, I think dealing with the multitude of crisis we've been involved with is more important that the appointment of a CTO officer - but you, of course are entitled to your opinion. The money has gone to local governments, etc. - and they are responsible for publishing their plan for expenditure. That's where we come in - as part of the monitoring process. It's our money - right?
