Wolf Camera @ Town Center ** CLOSED?!?!?!

Does anyone know why the Wolf Camera @Town Center (next to the Kroger) closed? My understanding is that the closest one to Fayetteville will be at the Avenues in PTC.

I read not long ago that the whole was in severe, if not fatal, money problems, I seem to remember bankruptcy mentioned, but, then again, I could be wrong.

I think Kroger needed the space for their expansion.

Kroger, being the anchor tenant in the Towne Center Complex, pretty much does whatever they want. If the property management isn't careful, Kroger will be their ONLY tenant. Look for gas pumps to replace Blockbuster in the future. What we're hearing at Latitude is that alcohol can't be served within so many feet of a gas pump - something the leasing agent failed to disclose when we opened a year ago.

Went bankrupt in 2001. Stores were purchased by Ritz Camera, owned by Wolf's cousin. Ritz Camera just recently went bankrupt, which most likely is the reason for the store next to Kroger closing.
