Is Democrat now a synonym for insanity?

At the 1968 Democrat convention, the party paraded in and seated their contingent of homosexuals. With flags flying this group of queers, lesbians, transvestites and other sorted abnormals marched in with great applause. After that normal democrats including my daddy switched to the Republican Party in mass.
At this time the American Psychiatric Associations, Diagnostic & Statistical Manual (DSM), classified homosexuality as an abnormal mental disorder in need of treatment. In the ensuing years, Democrats and left wing liberals became overly involved in government social work as mental health counselors. Their influence was strong enough to have homosexuality removed from the DSM as a mental health disorder.
Today the DSM refers to homosexuality as other sexual disorders not classifiable but marked by feelings of inadequacy related to self-imposed standards of masculinity or femininity; and persistent distress about one’s sexual orientation.
The Democratic Party is now led by people with this psychiatric disorder, who are leading the nation into a financial abyss. The Democrat majority house leader is Nancy Pelosi – Nancy was elected by the gay community in the Haight-Asbury District in San Francisco. She now wants more destructive spending. The Senate Finance Chairman is Barney Frank, more commonly known around Congress as Barney Fag. Barney has had a long time love affair with a man who works in the Treasury Dept. Fag was unable to understand the housing problem when 3 months before the bubble burst; he announced that Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac were in good shape. These kind of confused Democrats can’t make rational decisions.
So when left wing liberals and democrats who blog, making irrational, indefensible statements, just ignore them and chalk it up to a probable mental disorder not otherwise specified by the American Psychiatric Assoc.

Democrats..

Ever since the American people elected Obama ( no I didn't vote for the man ), they have been on a spending spree the likes we've never seen in this country. For all the talk of republicans budgets, no republican has ever spent us into a hole like Obama and the democratic supporting cast has done in just a short peroid of time. Sorry Obama has never run anything, other than a law review in college.

Democats have always followed the same routine. Talk bipartisanship, whichs means do as they say or else, you're not allowed to have a different opinion, but if you dare the name calling begins. I can never recall an former Republican Preisent, ever interjecting himself into any economic situation or attacking the current man in office like Cater, and Clinton did while GW was in office.

America is glowing turning into the EU, looking at how the latest budget from Obama works out. More and more social spending, debt as far as the eye can see, then taxing us to death to pay for all of the social engineering.

This is a government failure on two levels, despite many warnings from major institutions that the US could not forever borrow without inevitable and painful consequences.

The US government let it happen, failure of the massive government regulatory apparatus.

The US government, esp. the Fed staff, did not model this scenario, despite the warnings. The Fed’s legendary “500 PhD economists” and their supercomputers could have provided valuable analysis of alternative steps to mitigate this financial and soon-to-be economic collapse. “Surprise is an event that takes place in the mind of a commander” - and represents a personal failure. The insane borrowing by US businesses and households took place in plain sight, to widespread applause. No child will be christened “Alan” in America for the next five generations - and rightly so — but the ultimate responsibility in a Republic for such folly is ours.

What will this country look like on the other side of the recession?

Where were WE when the destructive spending started? Now it is up to all of us to hold those that we elected to govern accountable. . and speak up based on facts - not hateful allegations which cannot be used to solve the problems we're facing. Check for factual reporting - and don't fall for attempts at political management by some factions of the 'media'. Read and listen to EVERYTHING and EVERYONE. Somewhere in the clang of mindless words - is the truth.

The house is burning down - and we have intelligent people with great reasoning powers checking the sexual preference of the firefighter. Now that's insane!

Who checked the sexual preference of J.Edgar Hoover; or some of our leading clergymen; or some of our government leaders; or the daughter of the ex-Vice President?

Some of our well-known heterosexuals have NO integrity - but in our confused thinking - that's better than a homosexual who has sustained a meaningful relationship for 20 years. Insanity abounds.

I don't care who sleeps with whom - just so they use their intellectual gifts to get us out of this mess!

Abortion, aetheism and sodomy/gayness make up the 3 legs of the stool that supports the central theme of the Democrat party's all-inclusive, big-tent religion. In order to get the numbers needed to win elections they have to take in all kinds of fringe groups. For sure the unions, enviornmentalists, convicted murders, illegal immigrants, actors and singers and other whack jobs play a large role in their reshaping of America, but these are only members in the movement - like some minorities. They are all pandered to just for the sheer number of their votes or dollars.

Americans with disabilities used to a group supported strongly by the Dem's but I guess Prezbo figures he can stop pandering to them since he had such a "mandate" in the last election. Don't leave home without your teleprompter, big guy, but I digress.

But the big 3 - abortion, aetheism and sodomy are non-negotiable as important parts of the Dem's religion. Most of this stuff grew out of the 1960's and sadly we are being led by a bunch of Clinton retreads who came of age in the 60's, never grew up and saw no reason to develop any values of their own - they just followed the other potheads and acid freaks to the next convention of the Democrat party and spout the mantra.

When this country fails in a few years, we will blame Obama and his team of rookies, but the real culprits will be those that worked so hard to destroy the country in the 1960's.

Wasn't it Jesus who opened his heart to everyone and loved them regardless? That's why it seems so hypocritical to me, and to so many others, when Repub's like PreciousStahr rant and spew hatred towards gays and Democrats and then most likely she'll be squeezing her butt into a church pew come Sunday morning, her heart filled with the *love* of Jeebus. From reading her gay bashing blog post, I'll bet you one of those fancy liberal lattes that P-Star is a loving "christian" and NOT an atheist.

The new rules will cover all financial institutions, including those not now covered by any pay rules because they are not receiving federal bailout money. Officials say the rules could also be applied more broadly to publicly traded companies, which already report about some executive pay practices to the Securities and Exchange Commission.

So now King barry wants to restrict income of private individuals.

You hit it right on the head about this "Temporary Economic Downturn". It was temporary when it started earlier last year and yes... it will run it's course in spite of the foolishness being displayed by our leaders in dealing with it for the past 6 months.

But get your boy Obama and your congress and senate under control with all this wasteful spending, government expansion and the pissing away of hundreds of billions of dollars in propping up failed corporations that deserve to go under.

Yes... we will emerge from this recession. But note that the seeds have been sown which make the next one much worse than this cycle.

abortion should be illegal, except in cases of rape and incest, or where the mother's life would be in danger, or if it can be scientifically proven that the fetus would, indeed, be gay (in which case, mandatory sterilization would also be allowed. Keep the faith.
