My wife and I have dined at Maxwell's. The service was impeccable and the meal was delicious. I wouldn't hesitate to go back and, in fact, we're planning to. I happened to read your post before it was edited and found your slandering to be rude and unacceptable behavior. In my opinion, you may have put yourself in a position for Maxwell's to take legal action against you. Did you think about bringing your concerns to the manager while you were there?

Been twice and would go back. Everything was perfect and the attitude of the staff and owner is the about the best I have seen in PTC - on a par with Becky and family at Peking and Pascal's as well.

The blogger with an attitude needs to be ignored - he certainly needed to be edited.

I will be dining at Maxwell's tonight, as I have several times before. I have always enjoyed excellent service, a very pleasant atmostphere and delicious food while dining there. If by chance something has not been to our liking, a simple mention to the server is all that has been needed to correct the situation. Perhaps the blogger who was not satisfied should use a little common sense and speak up the next time they are not happy with something. Give a local business a chance to correct the situation, instead of bashing them publicly. Grow up already.

I recommend a call to the Health Department. I haven't eaten at Maxwell's, but I've heard from a few folks that have, and they enjoyed their meals.
