"Profit and Earnings Ratio". No such thing. Anyone that has the slightest knowledge of the stock market knows that the term is "Price to Earnings Ratio"

Baracks statement underscores how utterly stupid and incompetent a person he is. This genius is actually giving America advice on buying stocks?

He hasn't a clue as to what he is doing or what he is talking about.
