My Letter to Obama

President Obama,
Please help me and my family. My entire family has jobs. However, none of us are getting raises this year. I've never asked for help from the government before, but since I am one of the few people working that will be paying the taxes to support your Stimulus Bill (aka...porkulus, bailout, Largest increase in Government in the history of the US), I need a few things.

I need a new Hybrid Car. My car burns fossil fuels and pollutes the environment, as I drive back and forth to work to pay for YOUR Stimulus Bill so I don't think it would be too much to ask for a New Hybrid. I need a new Kitchen too, my current one is too small to cook in to feed my five kids when they get home from work where they too pay income taxes that pay for YOUR Stimulus Bill. Also could you reduce my mortgage down to what my property is actually worth? I think it would be great if you did, that way when I sell my house once the property values come back up, I can make a HUGE profit like the guy across the street will. That guy shouldn't have qualified for the house he bought in the first place, he didn't have a job and didn't want one, but he wanted a house so since he was a low (no) income minority, the banks gave him a loan anyway.
Sorry my letter isn't longer, but i gotta go back to work now...gotta take care of all the bailout people!

Sincerely,
1BIGHAMMER
Your Biggest Fan

Normally, people making about 40-50,000 dollars a year don't pay enough net taxes to pay for the roads they drive on, the protection the US military gives them, nor the Medicare they will one day get!

When a group of conserves runs our economy into the ground as it did for the last eight years, then there will be inequalities in resolving the problem to stop a total depression with soup lines.
The losses have to be stopped anyway they can be.

Your misfortunes weren't brought on by a man in office less than a month.

Give them a chance to save us.

stuff, only my fair share. But if my money is not sufficient to pay for it can I have it back? I thought I was at least paying for the gazillion dollar inauguration.

just SHUT UP!

Well Bonker$, what about all those people that make $0 and never had a job? What exactly have they done to PAY for the protection the Military gives them or the roads they drive on, or the Medicaid they get NOW!

You Liberals PI$$ me off to no end. Its ok for all the freakin free-loaders, Illegal immigrants, and BABY FACTORIES (hence the octo-mom and her 14 parasites)to ask for something or better yet they don't even have to, and they get it. Yet if I, as a hard working American, should be quiet?!!!!

You Liberals keep touting the "change we need" and "yes we can" slogans. Ya'll better be careful what you ask for. The "change we need" could be a rising up of the working class, and the "YES WE CAN" would become their Motto!

Oh and one more thing...The government has never SAVED our economy...they are the reason we are in the shape we are in. If you belive they will SAVE us...You truly are more STUPID than I originally thought!

I agree entirely except I and now disabled because of an accident caused by an illegal alien from Mexico. I lost my home to foreclosure, my very nice paying job and had to sell my truck that I only owed $2500 before it was paid off. But you know what, I still put my Daughter through 4 years of College and Uncle USA was never asked for help, not that I would have gotten any. Since I lost my home over 2 years ago, do you think Uncle Obama would get me a new home to replace my old one? Nah....

Nice comment 1bighammer I am with you all the way!

that's the truth, isn't it? Buy what you can afford, be responsible and get screwed when it's all over. So much for values.
