Mr. and Mrs. Leon Stinson of Fayetteville announce the engagement of their daughter, Elise Michele, to Leslie Maurice Brundidge, son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Brundidge of Montgomery, Ala.

The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Mrs. Mary R. Bickerstaff and the late H.L. Bickerstaff of Montgomery. She is a former Air Force Reservist working toward a master’s degree in education.

The groom-elect is a graduate of Arizona State University and is director of homeownership at the Greater Phoenix Urban League.

After a May wedding in Fayetteville, the couple will reside in Phoenix, Ariz.
