what happens when law enforcement becomes a money making operation with very little if any due process?

No sooner than the check was signed, town hall just cant wait to spend it, no wonder they are broke.... Gee they should buy some more of those Police INTERCEPTOR golf carts, or a FOR SALE sign for the town while they got the chance.....PEACE...

Do you even know how the TNT program works? I may be wrong, but from my understanding, the money is for the police department to spend any way they want, within a specific guidelines. They can use it for gear, cars, equipment, no they can't use it for salaries. Think about it, the more money the PD brings in through the TNT, the less money they will be requesting budget wise from the city.

A dollar made is a dollar spent. I think they need more patrol cars to keep Hwy 74 under control.
