Get rid of riff-raff

I have decided that the best thing for PTC would be to raise our home taxes to the maximum allowed by law, add 3-4% local sales tax to all purchases, and charge a large fee just to live within the city limits.

That way only the highest income or richest people could afford to stay here.

We could even hire more people to manicure the roadways and entrances to sub-divisions.
Of course there would be some neighborhoods we would have to demolish as they are an eyesore.

We could double the police and fire force. Raise their minimum wage to $55,000 plus overtime with bonuses at Christmas (30%).
Let their wives work at the stations, cooking. ($40,000)

Pensions for the whole town crew of 100% of highest wage earned after 10-15 years, depending upon rank. Mayors and council after one term.

A generic country club for those of pure heart and conservative. All expenses paid by city.

Two vacations per year (Hawaii and Polynesia) paid in full for department heads and above.

Collect a few thousand extra (as do Condos) every once in a while for other good ventures.

Let's do it right.
