This is change?

Obama ratchets up the rhetoric on stimulus plan

Stopping just short of a take-it-or-leave-it stand, Obama has mocked the notion that a stimulus bill shouldn't include huge spending. He's also defended earmarks as inevitable in such a package. And he's pointedly reminded Republicans about who won the November election.

So, this is the face of "change"? This partisan, liberal, incompetent hack of president that the libs elected is a real piece of work. It's obvious that he hasn't a clue as to how to run a country.

As reported by the BBC:

VP Biden in his keynote speech at the NATO security conference in Munich:

had spoken of a dangerous drift in Russia-NATO relations.

said it was time to revisit the many areas where NATO could and should be working with Russia.

that it was up to the former Soviet territory of Georgia to decide if it wanted to join NATO.

He added that the US would continue with its plans for a missile defence shield in Central Europe.

And finally

"It's time, to paraphrase President Obama, to press the reset button and to revisit the many areas where we can and should work together."

I wonder if the Russian Deputy Prime Minister, Sergei Ivanov, was thinking; "and this is the change that we can believe in?" Smiling
