When will the new administration enforce the false ad rules on the books?
Just one example:
Oprah Winfrey (or Steadman, or whomever she is) and now Rachael Ray, are again promoting "diet" plans for poor overweight people who will believe anything, over and over.
Oprah alone has made scores of millions off false diets only to weigh twice as much as she should! Just to keep her mouth shut about it might help more.

Ray is a chubby little opportunist who not only can't cook but is a showperson number one. Just don't pretend something that is not true.

Nighttime (late) TV is shameful also. An idiot could detect false ads there. Bush didn't care. If they made money that was good.
Same with the banks.
