It is: If a female underpaid worker needs to have her deficiencies documented at each review time---do it! Same with the guys maaking more!!

Her review should say something like: Although an average worker or supervisor due to the following things, she is less talented in those areas than are the men.

In those better men:
These guys are simply better workers and supervisors than the lady for the following reasons.

They should make more money than she does.
