Every dime that taxes are cut means that the government has to borrow that much more for the budget due to the fact that the budget isn't balanced!!!!

For eight years Bush (and the Limbaugh types) said cut taxes would cause the economy to grow---he cut corporate taxes and some high wage earner's taxes, but our economy went into a large hole!!!

That borrowed money costs a bundle in interest going to Japan and China mostly.

No one knows much about economics, but you are less learned!

What Bush and company didn't want to do was pay their taxes!

If you're a baseball/football/basketball/hockey player making $10 million a year, paying less income tax is a possibility, though it's hard to figure out what you might possibly spend the extra money on.

If you're unemployed and actively looking for a productive job (after you've been laid off through absolutely no fault of yours), you have no income. So how woudl lowering tax rates help you?

Hey, we have neighbors right here in Fayette County who have just decided to raise --RAISE-- our sales tax. Go talk to them! (They all say they are good Republicans.)
