Do these people come to the Red Room? Fayetteville doesn't have a Red Room---Oh, I forgot the Mall!

Why are they stopped? Tag Numbers?

Where does all of the Mary Jane come from? How did they know they had it?

How many cops do we place at the Red Room and at Walmart?
How many at the Country clubs and "Tea" rooms?
