Have we lowered our standards?

Have you seen Hwy 54 and Hwy 74 since it has been contracted out to a private sector? This is just the beginning of the end. The quality is severely lacking. Litter, leaves, overgrown schrubs, and crepe myrtles which have not been pruned in two years. Is this the new standard of Peachtree City? I hope not.

If the "crepe myrtles ... have not been pruned in two years" as you stated; how is that the fault of the private contractors? It seems to me the layoffs may have come 23 months too late.
