Seven local residents arrested for drugsTue, 01/20/2009 - 4:28pm

Fayette County Sheriff’s Tactical Narcotics Team (TNT) Tuesday announced the results of three investigations in which a total of seven Fayette residents were arrested on drug-related charges. Twenty-year-old Fayetteville resident Dontae Neal was arrested Jan. 14 after TNT agents executed a search warrant at his Pecan Court home. Neal was found to be in possession of 4.5 grams of cocaine and 30 grams of marijuana, all packaged for distribution, said TNT Lt. Jody Thomas. Neal was charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, Thomas said. A Jan. 15 incident resulted in the arrest of 24-year-old Fayetteville resident Kevin J. Williams, said Thomas. Williams was arrested after he met with an undercover agent on three separate occasions and sold various quantities of marijuana to the agent, said Thomas. Williams was arrested after he sold the agent a half-pound of marijuana for $1,200, said Thomas. And in another Jan. 15 incident, TNT agents executed a search warrant at the home of Catherine Olson in Peachtree City, Thomas said. Agents arrested five persons at the home. Those arrested were Catherine Olson, 50, Paul Olson, 18, August Hullemeyer, 17, of Peachtree City, and two juveniles. All five persons were charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana. Catherine Olson was also charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor and disorderly house. login to post comments |
