Sheriff Hannah (Victor Hill)

It's real funny how the only way I heard of this nonsense, was through a co-worker. Now, 4 or 5 years ago, every news station ran the story of Victor Hill in Clayton Co, and they are still running stories about him and his dealings. I know he actually fired people but he also demoted people which they sued him for being demoted.
Now, I told my wife then, sheriff's do this all the time when they take office but for some reason it was made such a big deal with Victor Hill, or maybe because he was black. We're not going to get into that issue but why hasn't anyone got in touch with Channel 2/5/11/46, REAL STRANGE (?).
I don't have a dog in the fight, just a confused citizen.
