A Peachtree City man was arrested late Tuesday night after he allegedly took a peek inside his neighbor’s bedroom. Dale F. Brantly, 50, was chased by the woman’s son after she spotted him peeking through her bedroom window at her home on Vellum Trace in the Planterra Ridge subdivision, police said. The son started to chase Brantly in the backyard and the mother spotted Brantly on the ground underneath some bushes before he got up and went back to his house, which is also on Vellum Trace, police said. Brantly returned to the house a few minutes later and attempted to talk with the woman and her son, at which point the woman called 911, police said. A dispatcher advised the victim not to speak with Brantly until an officer arrived, police said. Between the time he left the scene and returned, Brantly had changed clothes, police said. The woman was watching television in her bedroom when she heard a noise outside and saw Brantly looking in the window, police said. Brantly is charged with peeping tom, criminal trespassing and loitering/prowling. login to post comments |
