A suggestion for county budgets!

Why don't they simply have Sonny sell some bonds like the fed does and dole it out to the local banks, who will loan it to the school system, the towns, etc.?

It doesn't matter how much the state of Georgia owes does it? Doesn't seem to matter with the Bush administration!

Those bonds at 4-5% interest would sell like hotcakes on a cold morning.

Sonny is to busy building boat ramps at the dry reservoirs, thats the only thing on his Sonny due list that the bonds will be issued to. but hey Georgia GO FISH!!! We may have to for it will be the only way we can put food on the table, cause with all the new taxes coming on line, well be working for the UNITED SOCIALIST FEDERATION..
