Out of County Students

All Smiles's picture

I've had to phone Mrs. Law on several different dates to report suspected illeagal students and have NEVER had a problem with returned phone calls. Try leaving your phone number next time and I'm sure your call will be returned!

DUH. I did leave my name and number several times with no return calls.
I have heard from others that have had the same experience recently. There have been a lot of calls since this problem has been brought to light.

Don't hold your breath waiting for Ms. Law to return calls. She ignored mine for 2 weeks and kept me waiting over an hour when I went to see her last week. By the way, my offer to track down these illegals for her has not been responded to almost 3 weeks after I offered.

Today I track down DeCotis and see what he has to say.

Next week it will be the school board. Next fall it will be an election issue.

Don't expect anything good to come from the current lazy board. We need to clean house over there. Two seats are up this year and I have heard that the incumbents are running again. The qualifying is in April and the Primary is in July. We need to find two people to run right now. April is just around the corner. How about it bloggers - would any of you be willing to run?

I'll run for school board this year. Who will support me? Who should I run against?

Call the elections office and see if you live in one of the districts that are up this year. Sounds good.
