A Henry County satellite television installer was arrested Thursday on charges sexual battery and solicitation of sodomy in an incident at a Fayette County residence.

Forty-one year-old Jose Quinteros arrived Tuesday for an appointment to install a DIRECTV satellite system at a Fayette County residence, according to Fayette Sheriff’s Office spokesperson Belinda McCastle.

While at the home Quinteros sexually assaulted the female resident and solicited the victim to perform and to submit an act of sodomy, McCastle said.

McCastle said Quinteros was arrested at his home in Henry County Thursday evening.

Quinteros was taken to Fayette County jail and had not bonded out as of Friday afternoon, McCastle said.
