Water Shortage - Oh really!

I informed the county water department that water was weeping out the center and both sides of a street in our subdivision. They informed me that they are aware of it and will get to it sometime next week. So in the meantime, how many thousands of gallons of water are lost during this stage 4 drought condition?

We have enough money to bailout banks and crooks but not enough to build more water storage!

The only way this stupid generation will consider long-range solutions to anything is for them not to be able to get a drink of water one day, suddenly.

Then after killing a few people in order to rob their water they may consider doing something about it!
