Cameron's Kitchen not off to a good start

I went to the opening of Cameron's Kitchen on highway 54 in fayetteville this past halloween. They were understaffed and not very attentive. I can't not tell you how the food was because after sitting for 20 minutes and no one even coming to say sorry for the wait or anything we decided to leave. On the way out the door, I injured my hand when it got cut opening the door because they had left some sort of cable tie wrapped clipped to the handle. When I tried to complain to the manager just so know one else hurt there hands she didn't seem to really care or even say sorry. Of course she was busy dealing with several other unhappy people because her register would was not accepting credit cards but was telling the customers it wasn't her machine but there cards. I do not know if I will ever go back there to try it.

There are a million new restaurants happening all of the time by cooks who are horrible business people!

It is better to hire a cook and be sure that you know how to run a business before you start.

Also, you will need enough capital to cary you for 1-2 years at about half of what you need to survive!

Even the chains have that problem often.
