Redistribution of Wealth

Today on my way to lunch I passed a homeless guy with a sign that read "Vote Obama, I need the money." I laughed.

Once in the restaurant my server had on a "Obama 08" tie, again I laughed as he had given away his political preference--just imagine the coincidence.

When the bill came I decided not to tip the server and explained to him that I was exploring the Obama redistribution of wealth concept. He stood there in disbelief while I told him that I was going to redistribute his tip to someone who I deemed more in need--the homeless guy outside. The server angrily stormed from my sight.

I went outside, gave the homeless guy $10 and told him to thank the server inside as I've decided he could use the money more. The homeless guy was grateful.

At the end of my rather unscientific redistribution experiment I realized the homeless guy was grateful for the money he did not earn, but the waiter was pretty angry that I gave away the money he did earn even though the actual recipient deserved money more.

I guess redistribution of wealth is an easier thing to swallow in concept than in practical application.

Because the waitress was single, and dating down here is tough with the lopsided male to female ratio, I convinced her to start I.M.ing with Alaskan guys on the internet. I explained that, in Alaska, she would not only get foreign policy experience by living near Russia, but she would also get a $3,000 check just for having a pulse. And, funny thing is, she would never be the butt of a republican's joke, because they already have a joke that keeps on spawning palins... I meant punch lines up there Smiling.

You can't refute the fact that Obama's plan is bad for America, so as usual, you resort to Personal attacks on Sarah Palin. What a Joke!

You should be wary of Obama's plans for you. At first the threshold for raising taxes was $250K , last week Biden said it was $150K, well last night Obama said it was $100K. What's it going to be after election day, $50k? This man is LYING to you and all Americans. Its a shame that you won't realize it until its too late.

This is my media hero. There is not one other person in the media that is better than him and takes the heat from the lib's and simply could care less. Glenn Beck is right behind him.

Sarah Palin is a joke? Casting aspirsions based upon her experience? What in Obama's experience comforts you that he is ready for the office? A political campaign? What is he really going to do in office? Will he make us energy independent? Will he lead us into feckless wars? Lets see how we do with the troika of Reid, Pelosi, and Obama. The left can scream no blood for oil, but what is so great about blood for Bosnia? or Haiti?
