Starr's Mill gets first win of season, tops Chiefs 31-3

Starr's Mill took an early lead on McIntosh Friday night and never looked back.

Trenton Edwards (four rushes for 52 yards) scored three of the Panthers' four touchdowns, while Stephen Roberts returned an interception for a touchdown. Chris Ward added a field goal for Starr's Mill.

The Chiefs' lone points came from Matt Mateos.

Starr’s Mill outgained McIntosh 207 yards (117 rushing, 90 passing) to 149 (94 yards rushing to 55 passing). Edwards, who scored two rushing touchdowns and one off of a return, was the Panthers’ leading rusher, while Daiyaan Epps led the Chiefs with 31 yards on 13 carries.

Lets face it, it was a spanking. Chiefs forgot to show up. Maybe next year.
