AIG Executives Blow $440,000 After Getting Bailout

Can you believe this? I keep reading story after story of bonuses, salaries and spending knowing these financial institutions where losing money. But talk about in your face tax payer you can't do anything about it.

I read about that in an AP article. All I could really do is think to myself... If this is how some of that 85 billion is being spent, then I wonder how some of that 700 billion is going to be spent.

btw AIG just borrowed another 37 billion.

AIG hits up Fed for more money

"The new program, announced Wednesday, is on top of the $85 billion the federal government agreed to lend to AIG last month to prevent the global company from collapsing. AIG said last Friday it had drawn down $61 billion."

Perhaps AIG invited some folks from the Fed. to the party.
