By: John Munford
Peachtree City police have released this sketch of the person who robbed the Music and Arts store at The Avenue in Peachtree City Sunday morning. The suspect had a tattoo on his neck that says "Thug" in cursive or script writing, said Capt. Rosanna Dove of the Peachtree City Police Department. The suspect also had a tattoo that began near his wrist, but the victim only saw a small part of it, Dove said. Police are working with area jails to determine if they have any information that might lead to the suspect’s identification, Dove said. The suspect was described as a black male in his late 20s to early 30s with a medium build, short shaved hair, and wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and dark jeans. The employee told police he exited the back door of the establishment when he was first approached by the gunman, who got away with an undisclosed amount of money. Anyone with information about this incident is asked to call 911, the city's non-emergency dispatch number at 770-461-4357 or the police department's main line at 770-487-8866. login to post comments |
