GAS !!!!!

dawn69's picture

EVERYONE NEEDS TO ASK THEMSELVES ONE QUESTION - WHO OWNS MOST OF THE GAS STATIONS THESE DAYS? MIDDLE EASTERN IMMIGRANTS. WHO NEEDS A BOMB OR A PLANE TO DESTROY OUR ECONOMY WHEN WE HAVE ALLOWED OURSELVES TO BE INFILTRATED BY THE ENEMY AND HAVE A GOVERNMENT THAT WE EVEN HELP THEM BECOME BUSINESS OWNERS - PARTICULARLY OWNERS OF GAS STATIONS !!!!!

I'm having a hard time buying into this theory.

sponsored and legal, working hard in a convenience store 12 hours a day and sometimes I see the same guy 6 or 7 days a week, doing a job most of our teens scoff at.
If they really do OWN the place, they make a few cents a gallon off the gas.

I can't fail to notice in this case it's not the Mexican's it's the Middle Easterners ,,,, exactly where in the Middle East are these people from ?

I'd say more than 2 out of 3 are from India.. I don't want to challange your use of your Funk and Wagnels but India is not the Middle East.

If I'm not mistaken, and usually I'm not, most are from Pakistan.

Isn't it nice that Americans don't know any other language, don't even know where people are from---but in their country they know every American!
We resent also, they usually don't!

The point of my post is -- I don't feel my guys at the Village Store are a sleeper cell waiting to ignite their workplace into an inferno.

The enemy may be out there, but grouping every hard working person as evil because of nationality, ethnicity or religion is just plain DUMB.

Bush and Cheney can try to make everyone afraid so they can steal from you up until their last minute in office. Those with a brain saw through them 7 years ago, those with more than 23 % brain power see through them now.

This is why for some reason Bush still has a 23 % approval rating.

with the Mid East issue and gasoline conspiracy theory:

"I believe that U.S. Americans, such as, don't know where the Middle East is, cuz, some Americans....uh, don't have maps, and Usama took them all....and now, the Middle Eastern darkies, such as that guy at the "Chicken and Taters" mini-mart, such as, uh, **burp**, burns the maps to fuel his Still in the back of his store to make diluted low sulphur gasoline, such as, **yawn** and then pumps it into his tanks at night, uh...such as, mmmmm chicken and taters....uh, cuz it's all a coupon clipping conspiracy."

I fail to see how a middle eastern business owner is having a negative effect on our economy. First of all a "business owner" is paying state and local taxes, providing a service that all of us benefit from everytime we fill up our gas tanks and then in turn spend the profits they make at local business to by food for their famalies, heating their homes etc...
If you want to rant on an aspect of people that are bringing down the economy I would suggest you shift your anger to the illegal Mexicans that own NO business, contribute nothing in taxes and send the majority of their wages back accross the border to Mexico. The economy is not being eaten away by middle eastern gas station owners but by a group of illegal people that contribute NOTHING as far as taxes while demanding free health care, rights reserved for citizens, as well as spanish/english language in all of our schools. I have never heard of a middle eastern "gas station" owner demanding that his children be taught in his native language.
I would suggest you get your economic ranting directed to the group of people that are actually responsible for higher health care costs, the dumming down of your children's education and the majority of uninsured hit and run accidents that drive up your auto insurance.....I would bet the "middle eastern" business owner is not part of your economic problem.

Yeah - Bigfoot is currently running on the Democratic Ticket !!
Formulate an intelligent retort, Main Stream, then we could have a real conversation - wait.....I know that's really hard for a Democrat.

dawn69...I actually agree wholeheartedly with tibet and maybe we've found an issue that some liberals and conservatives can agree on...illegal immigration. I'm all for throwing out the illegals and patrolling our borders more efficiently...and those "sanctuary cities" really irritate me.

Anyway, your original post was reminiscent of some crazy conspiracy theories so since we're on the subject of wild and wacky stories, here's one to chew on:

Did you know that some of Bush and Cheney's oil buddies are signing oil deals with the Iraqi's?? Like Ray Hunt of Hunt Oil out of Houston (Ray was a big money contributor to Bush's presidential campaigns).

Oh, and there's an upcoming Iraq Oil and Gas Summit being held in Houston, Nov. 5-6 (one day after the presidential election) to introduce Iraqi oil ministers to multinational and U.S. oil companies and executives. The company spearheading the summit is New Fields Exhibitions, which was created in 2003, the same year the U.S. invaded Iraq. The company is located just a few miles from the White House on Pennsylvania Avenue. Coincidence?? Could the New Fields company have been created in 2003, around the same time as the Iraq invasion, to promote future Iraq oil interests to the big oil companies? Looks like someone had some foresight, maybe someone in the White House? And this war WASN'T waged for oil? Riiiiiight.

It doesn't seem right that our military is still fighting, soldiers coming home in body bags, and the oil companies are already dancing on their graves....soon to be reaping billions of dollars in oil revenue.

Blood for oil - ain't it just great.

After the election, I vow to stop blogging so much! We've all been at this for months, even years now, and we need a break - don't you think? Eye-wink
