Delta Community Credit Union is preparing to increase its presence in Peachtree City.

The company is planning to build a 7,000 square foot branch at the new Wilshire Village shopping center off Ga. Highway 74 south across from Holly Grove Road.

The 1.9 acre site will include three drive-through lanes and a one-story building. This would be DCCU’s third branch in Peachtree City, as it currently has one open on Ga. Highway 74 north near Wisdom Road and another in the Braelinn Village shopping center.

The branch will be located near other recently proposed projects for the shopping center including an Autozone, a Walgreen’s and a day care center.

...just what we need, another bank! Why, with the advent and proliferation of online banking, ATM's, direct deposit, etc, do we need so many new physical bank BUILDINGS?
