Town Square Remodel

Does anyone know who is building the remodel of the jewelry store on the square? Who is the architect? There is no sign on the property.

has been remodeled at least three times in the last few years!

Maybe they have a perpetual license to remodel?

Or, maybe the CIA work there and need to change out the electronics often!

I don't know if I have ever seen a customer there---strange!
