PTC Retail Space

YIKS....I'm thinking of moving to PTC and opening up a high-end retail shop. Based on what I've read the last few days on the retail in PTC I'm rethinking that. Can someone shed more light on what center(s) is good and what are some of the pitfalls?
Why is retail in PTC so bad? Are there any indy retailers out there making $$?

Check out The Avenue in PTC - a high-end retail business would probably be more likely to succeed there than another area of the city. There is a lot of foot traffic, good amount of parking, eclectic mix of businesses.

Good luck with your store, and don't discount PTC. It's a great place, really.

A business usually makes money not the "high-end" Avenue

I am afraid I don't know what you mean by high-end there anyway!
A third rate book store;(there is a private bookstore at PT Crossing) a buffalo burger place, an ice cream store (I think); A closed fish house; Suffering high end clothing stores; a shoe store (common); Drug store of course; Oriental restaurant; etc.
And, it is difficult to get into, park, and get out!

A "high-end" place where people will pay $5 for a cup of coffee and "status."
