A woman abducted by two men in Decatur in the early morning hours Aug. 2 was driven to a secluded location on Trickum Creek Road in Tyrone where she was raped. The woman later escaped and made her way to a residence from which police were notified.

The unidentified woman told officers she had been approached by two black males in a PT Cruiser at a Decatur gas station and told to get into the vehicle, said Lt. Steve Lafferty.

The woman said she was driven to an area of Trickum Creek Road and was raped by both men and told repeatedly that they would kill her, Lafferty said. Trickum Creek Road is a dirt road connecting Palmetto Road to Mann Road.

The woman told officers she managed to escape and was able to make her way through a wooded area to Southhampton subdivision, where she summoned help from a resident, Lafferty said.

Anyone with information relating to this crime is asked to contact Tyrone Police at (770) 487-4732.

You blatantly described the suspects........

I doubt they found that road by accident. They have either lived in that area in the past or are living there now. They should have stayed in DeKalb county there is so much crime there they would have just blended in.

Anti-Rape Device

There is no doubt that the chosen road was by design. Not intelligent design mind you, but for the primary purpose needed for the dumping of a body.

From the article:

"A device that barbs onto rapists’ penises is causing outcry."

Well, duh. Wouldn't you?

There was concern that your anti-rape device might incite the perp to more violence. Here's an alternate suggestion that takes care of that problem too.

Glock

I like how you think Git. Let the criminals punish themselves. If the Drs. are smart they will just amputate at the base instead of trying to pick out each barb.

That is a beautiful invention!

Why Drive 30 miles to commit a crime in Fayette County?

Randall used to puff out his chest and proclaim "They know where the county line is."

Now you have criminals that are so intimately knowledgable about our county that they could find a secluded dirt road. Along with their knowledge of the county did not, however, come with the slighest bit of freaking fear.

and was raped by both men and told repeatedly that they would kill her,

I hope the police are able to snuff these two out the moment they encounter them. I'm picturing my wife or daughters in this same horror scene and it scares the hell out of me to think we are surrounded by such evil.

Goodness I hope they resist arrest when found.
