Obama is already playing the race card. Didn't take long

Richard Hobbs's picture

Obama's camp decried the nasty nature of the campaign when McCain's people did a commerical with Obama as the Rock Star and showed pictures of Britney Spears and Hilton. With all of the news about the Rock Star and his European tour, I thought it was a funny comparison, but no, Obama called it nasty.

Yet yesterday, Barack said that McCain was trying to scare everybody when he said:

"Nobody thinks that Bush and McCain have a real answer to the challenges we face. So what they're going to try to do is make you scared of me," Obama said. "You know, he's not patriotic enough, he's got a funny name, you know, he doesn't look like all those other presidents on the dollar bills."

Again, the Boy Toy King, doesn't understand his own arguments without a prompter to tell him what to say. So pay attention closely.

Barack says that its McCain that is playing nasty, and yet Barack is quick to play the Race Card. Hell, it worked for O.J. another Black celebrity, it should work of Barack.

But just read what he said, backwards.
McCain says mean things about me.
He says I look "different" than all other Presidents. True! he does. He is the first African American. Factually true.
He says his named is being made fun of because its a "funny" name. Well, yeah, it is. Heck Barry, you didn't like it for many years yourself.
So that's a two for two.
But then he really puts his mouth in it.
He says that they are trying to say he's unpatriotic. Well, what do you think?
Barry shouldn't make these types of comments without having them screened first.

Barry really is beginning to tickle me. He is really not that smart at all. I really over estimated him. I'm not saying he isn't gifted, God knows he has a nice tone to his voice and smiles really big. But he is an empty suit.

Three months to go and the racist calls are going to get old real fast. Real fast.

McCain: Obama plays the "race card' so all of you undecided voters harboring racist thoughts but embarrassed to express them---hey it's OK to vote against Obama because he is black.

McCain is a sad political figure who has gotten a free ride by the press.

He graduated 5th from the bottom of his class at the USNA and claims to be the expert military affairs.

He cheated on his first wife--which shows his lifelong dedication to family values, married a rich woman, and is thus absolutely committed to tax breaks for the rich.

He opposed the MLK Federal holiday but tells the NAACP he now has learned so much about race relations that his opposition was wrong.

His ambition is so great that he will do and say anything to win--and he has decided that campaigning in the gutter may be the answer.

And he may be right.

Obama’s playing the race card? Obviously that’s because it has been so successful in other national campaigns, right?

Obama needs “a prompter to tell him what to say”? I can’t wait until the debates!

“So pay attention closely.” Richard will read the entrails and decipher the hidden meaning of Obama’s message for you!

Quick pickup on the “celebrity” talking point though Richard.

BTW: I have my eye out for a 527 for you.

could have been used to show your support for McCain.

I sure do wish you and the other Repubs on here would show your support for YOUR candidate, McSame, every so often, instead of posting junk about Obama. Come on Richard, don't you have ONE nice post about McSame?

Finding it difficult to get behind the Repub candidate?
