Great White Wall

So... is everyone in PTC getting excited about the "Sound" wall going up on 74 south? Guess they'll have to put up surveillance camera's next once the want-a-be gangsters start tagging. And you know it's going to happen. I bet they're betting already who's gonna be first. Looks like a big white canvas for graffiti.

looks horrible. The plan for PTC is all but forgotten by the ones making decisions. It is really sad to see it happen.

While the developers, crooks, thugs etc., have free reign on the other side. I can just see the "beautiful' decorations on that ugly behemoth now. After all we can't stop artistic flow jsut as we can't seem to stop the developers, etc.
